    A transplanted Chicago boy from the north side, Barry started playing guitar and writing songs in high school. His major formative influences were the blues and English rock and roll. Chicago blues is brassy and bawdy with a strong beat. Boys’N’Barry’s music can’t be described by one particular genre. Their repertoire includes fast-paced rock n’ roll, blues, adult contemporary ballads, pop, classics, and instrumentals. The lyrics are just as eclectic, describing remarkable, fleeting moments in time as well as the deepest of human desires. The story-teller is rarely in solitude. The scenes include friends and lovers whose presence influences the artist’s perceptions and experiences. Their style is primarily energetic though his selection includes quieter, slower pieces that allow the listener to drift away into the imagery. The lyrics are clever and original; drawn from the artist’s rich vocabulary and his unique form of expression. Many pieces describe common events in fresh new ways such as “Reach For The Stars” and “Connected.” Overall the message is upbeat and full of hope “It’s Never Too Late”, taking the listener back to an era when life was simpler and dreams came true. For after all, life CAN be simpler, and dreams DO come true.

    Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, a powerhouse in the indie music scene, Juke Johnson remembers his father’s passion for music – from Motown to Jazz and, of course, to country! He grew up being submerged in music and it is no wonder he has gone on to write and cowrite thousands of songs, covering various genres. His career has taken him all over the country, working with producers from Nashville to LA. He has described his music as a blend between country, country rock, and trop-rock. In 2018, Johnson won the award for Best Modern Country Song at The World Songwriting Awards for his song ‘Blue’, co-written with Germain Richard Brunet. Four of his songs reached #1 on the RadioA1 A chart in 2020! He was also nominated in seven categories at the ISSA Awards two years in a row, in 2019 and 2020! His influences have ranged from Waylon Jennings to Ray Charles to Lynyrd Skynyrd to Tom Petty, Marvin Gaye and even Dolly Parton!     Formerly releasing under the moniker of MK or Mike Kremastoules – the Leeds (UK) born and bred musician frequently draws stylistic comparisons to greats such as Gary Moore, Bill Nelson, Dave Gilmour, Joe Satriani and many more. After paying his dues as the lead guitarist in 80’s NWOBHM movement outfits Ded Ringer (Neat Records) and Streetfighter, Michael continued to maintain his presence on the British rock scene whilst embarking on a career as a professional actor. Artistically inspired during the pandemic lockdown of 2020, Michael produced a collection of guitar-driven instrumentals that reflected his deep love of classic rock, blues, metal and progressive rock. A diverse range of compositions shaped to have their own individual voice and unique character. This material has since evolved into the finely crafted works that all feature on his Calling album and co-produced with Dave Johnson (Spellsound Studios -UK).Those already familiar with Michael’s work may have heard the retro hard rock fuelled ‘Run’ and the ballad- like single ‘Butterfly’. Two well received and contrasting offerings that garnered much support from independent press/radio stations across the UK and far beyond. These singles and his new release ‘Thank You’ – all provide an insight into a mature performer striving to create memorable and timeless melodies.   • Marvel Years

    Multi-instrumentalist/producer Marvel Years melds guitar instrumentation with studio beat-making to create the soulful, bass-heavy signature sound that’s landed him multiple performances at Red Rocks alongside ZHU, STS9, and Pretty Lights. He’s performing at Same Same But Different as the guitarist in Manic Focus’ live band. Last month, the NY-based artist dropped Voyage Ahead Pt. 1 EP, a 5-track sonicjourney that saw Marvel Years elevate his standard live guitar recordings by playing each instrumental element himself in places where he would have previous used samples. The EP included singles like “Come This Far” – a collaboration with electronic music keyboardist Jason Leech (who’s opened for Galantis, GRiZ, and Big Gigantic) and vocalist Jess Lamb.
